Examples of movements to stabilize the spine while using the back muscles. Great for posture! Rather than working for maximum strength, I only used one spring for these exercises, keeping the resistance low with emphasis on moving purposefully through stable range of motion, led first by breath, then by movement. This was set #2 of 3 sets. Based on a spinal stability series by IMX PIlates, with some additional exercises.
