The Centre for Army Leadership hosted a virtual Junior Leadership Day between on the 10th February 21. Junior Leadership in the Digital Age: Expectations, Realities and the Future.
Session one: The Army Sergeant Major and the Command Sergeant Majors from Home Command, the Field Army and the Reserves sharing their views on the challenges of junior leadership.
Session two: Current junior leaders from across the Field Army, the Reserves and the Army’s training establishments, discussing the current challenges of leading the next generation of soldiers.
Session three: Jill Scott MBE (England women’s football) sharing her experiences from the sporting world, and Haydn Brookes (CEO of Risk Ledger) talking about leading in the tech domain.
