Andrew believes that as Agile Methodologies expand out of software development, there's a huge potential benefit to the neurodiverse in the workplace, due to its focus on adaptation, and allowing teams to find the ways of working that suit their needs, but he's concerned about the risks to the neurodiverse of it being mismanaged, with there being an increasing pushback from the neurodiverse in tech against Agile.
