Another Workwoman's Guide project-this time actually working towards my 1830s wardrobe. First up-shifts, or chemises. Super simple, even though the are completely hand sewn, chemises don't require many pieces and not a ton of sewing. I made two so as to have an extra for the single day events I am more likely to attend. Getting these done mean I'm one step closer to making an 1830s dress!
