This is a recording of an original song, that we have written with our band, Tantallon. We thought we'd throw it in, as Rob's sister is in the band and was visiting. Please Like, Comment and Share :)

A God without religion
A king with no throne
Ruling a kingdom on mud and of stone
Winter will take him
A chill through his bones
In the morning we'll lay him buried in snow
We'll sing dah....
The mourners all leave us
We fold our black clothes
Time keeps on passing but the rivers don't flow
I wasn't ready
I never had known
I'd take up the mantle and sit on the throne
Now in my sleep
You turn from me
And it's hard to breathe
I reach for your hand
To pull you close
As I try to stand
We'll sing...
Father please guide me
Together we'll grow
We'll watch the frost melting and make rivers flow
Spring will become us
And flowers will grow
We'll look back on winter, the king in the snow
We'll sing...
