On the occasion of the 80th D-day anniversary the Poole Harbour Commissioners organized a flotilla in Poole harbour in the evening. Lifeboats from Poole and Swanage, Dorset Police and other commercial craft followed the ferry The Barfleur in the cross channel and did a nice choreography later at Poole Quay. They´ve got big cheers from the crowds on the quay.
