洋葱炒马铃薯,🥔好吃又营养,做法还简单😋
食材:2颗马铃薯,1颗洋葱,半根红萝卜,一颗青椒,2瓣蒜,半勺盐,1勺生抽,1勺蚝油,半勺十三香,半勺鸡精
做法步骤;
1. 马铃薯去皮切片,洋葱切块,红萝卜切片,青椒切块,蒜切片备用
2. 锅中热水,把马铃薯&红萝卜倒入焯水1分钟取出沥干水分备用
4. 锅中放入油烧热,放洋葱大蒜炒香,下入青椒翻炒,最后把马铃薯片&红萝卜加进来翻炒均匀
5. 这时候开始调味,半勺盐,1勺生抽,1勺蚝油,半勺十三香,半勺鸡精大火快速翻炒1分钟即可出锅❤️
