Sushi Masato (One Michelin Star) was one of the first to bring counter sushi omakase to Bangkok, Thailand back in 2015. Prior to Bangkok, Chef Masato Shimizu moved from New York City where he was head chef at the michelin starred Jewel Bako.
There are a ton of omakase places in Bangkok, but book up because this was truly a one of a kind dining experience in Bangkok!
