Self-similar solutions to nonlinear diffusion equations

Abstract: This talk will present a study of weak solutions through self-similar solution profiles for nonlinear parabolic equations, including the parabolic p-Laplacian, diffusion equations, and heat equations. It will focus on the Cauchy problem associated with non-linear diffusion equations. Additionally, we will examine Fujita-type global solutions and critical Fujita exponents, as well as discuss crosswise systems.
Biography:
Makhmud Bobokandov obtained his PhD from NUUz in 2025 and has been a Senior Lecturer at NUUz since 2023. His current research interests include exploring weak solutions through self-similar solution profiles for nonlinear diffusion equations and systems.
