Drying & Smoking Sockeye Salmon | Dip Net Fishing the Copper River

We are able to harvest 25 Copper River Sockeye Salmon this year and make the most of this precious food by preserving it through a combination of air drying and smoking. The remaining is stored in our freezer for fresh summer meals. On the menu - pickled pike pita pits with tzatziki inspired sauce.
