Simon takes on the defence of indoor training and "argues" his case. A key reason for Simon is that every second indoor training counts. Simon uses TrainerRoad as an example. It is an app that has individual workouts and training plans to help you reach your pre-determined goal.
The TrainerRoad sessions are based on your FTP results, when regularly completed, will then update your training sessions via the app.

Dan is a man of the great outdoors, talking about smashing it up climbs, having sociable rides and of course how it improves your bike handling skills.
