🧘🏽‍♀️This session was created usng Blue Tones and Color with ASMR + Reiki combined with the MagHealy atmospheric frequencies for balancing your chakras. I like to use lots of hand movements, a little plucking, soft brushing/rubbing, and other triggers to immerse you into the experience. I also add healing tones and binaural audio helping to clear out any blockages or stuck energy. Feel at ease as you relax in a safe place and rest into a peaceful state of mind. ✨
