Incidents of antisemitism have been on the rise on Ivy League campuses, and now, the leaders of Harvard, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Pennsylvania are facing fierce backlash for what many see as a failure to condemn it. The universities' presidents appeared before a House committee this week, and the widely panned testimony is now leading to a formal congressional investigation. Rep. Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., chair of the House Education and Workforce Committee, joins "Elizabeth Vargas Reports" to discuss the investigation. Foxx says the leaders appeared to be unprepared for the hearing.
