Materials scientists at Harvard University have created an ultra-slippery material called SLIPS, which stands for Slippery Liquid-Infused Porous Surfaces. These super-repellent, transparent windows can effectively repel wine, olive oil, and ketchup, while the surrounding surfaces become significantly stained. The material also resists heavy-duty oil, water, and ice. To read more about the technology, visit http://hvrd.me/rDh0S.
