They Finally Opened The Bay - Cities Skylines 2

A long time ago, John Lithia, one of Ashland’s early founders, bought a stretch of untouched shoreline and locked it away. It was protected by a trust no one expected to see released.

As Ashland grew denser and the region pushed outward, those conditions were finally met. Now, the Lithia Foundation and his descendants hold the deed to a vast, empty coast.

They could sell it. They could leave it to the wild or they could try something much harder, build a city that lives up to John Lithia’s original dream.

And, well… obviously we’re doing number three, otherwise this series wouldn’t exist. So today, we’re starting a brand new city from nothing.
