In this session, I will be sending healing energy to help you align and move towards the goal of unity consciousness. In order to reach this level of consciousness, we must face our shadow selves and work through them. It is oneness within ourselves - who we are at our core beneath the shadows. It takes bringing everything into the light, while observing, processing and integrating it into our greater self. It is a level of awareness within ourselves, all living beings, the non-living and nature and a level of respect. We are always co-creating, but together, we can work to step into this higher vibration of co-creation as we rise above our shadows and bring harmony and oneness into this world.
