The water levels at Prakasam Barrage have decreased, but the railway bridge is in a danger zone. As of 10 a.m., flood water is being discharged downstream of the barrage to the sea. All 70 gates are fully lifted. Flood water touched the Prakasam Barrage Railway Bridge after heavy rains in Andhra Pradesh.
