Recipe:
Crust-
2 cups graham crackers (or similar)
6 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
Filling-
½ cup whipping cream
8 ounces cream cheese
3 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp lime zest
10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
½ cup lime juice
¼ cup heavy cream (optional) for decoration
Extra cut lime pieces (optional) for decoration
Directions:
1. Mix melted butter, graham crackers, and (optional) sugar, form into crust, chill while mixing filling
2. Beat whipped cream until stiff peaks form, set aside in fridge
3. Whip cream cheese until light and fluffy, add all remaining ingredients and mix well
4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture
5. Pour into pie crust and chill (fridge or freezer) for 6 to 12 hours
6. Whip remaining heavy cream and pipe on top for decoration, adding lime slices
