1 star anise，1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
for the dipping sauce:
2 chili peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
