For those of you not familiar with my first go round with this groove, this is a Demo with transcription information on the Rodney Holmes cowbell groove from the 2005 modern drummer festival.

Here is a list of my gear:

Drums: Sonor Force 2007 in Natural Lacquer.
Sizes: 8x7, 10x8, 12x9, 14x11, 16x16 Floor, 22x17.5 Kick.

Sticks: Vic Firth American Heritage (maple) 5A

Heads: Remo clear Ambassadors on the tops of all the toms and bottoms of all toms except the 8" and 10" toms. Clear Diplomats on the bottoms of the 8" and 10" toms. Coated Ambassador on the snare with an ambassador medium snare side hazy on the bottom. Clear Powerstroke 3 on the kick drum.
