In early April I shared about a process I led our family through as we navigated the feelings of sadness and sorrow we’ve felt during this pandemic. It was an exercise in a Christ-centered form of lament. It has been something that has caused a significant shift in our family’s perspective in this season. So I spent some time creating a guided exercise through worship, prayer, and scripture reading. I feel like this exercise in Lament can be helpful for you, I really do. So I hope you take some time to process your own sorrow and lay it at the feet of Jesus.
