Pan Testing the Snoppa Vmate vs Fimi Palm

This is a quick test footage to asses the smoothness of panning.
This is actually panning the units by two methods, but not mechanically panning via screen or joystick.
First I panned the camera itself, with by upper body still. Then I kept the camera still and rotated my upper body.
Vmate was set to "Track Pan Follow" and Palm to "Follow".
I think the Vmate looks slightly smoother but the ultra wide angle hides a multitude of sins. The Palm is also working hard to correct the heavy lens distortion but quite dramatic barrelling can be seen when panning I guess because the correction algorithm can't keep up.
My preference is to the vmate: I can't cope with the distortion.
