After adapting my old film lenses onto my digital cameras, I thought why not use my OM 50mm F1.4 and Tamron 300mm on what they where designed for... film cameras.. So I took my trusty (meter broken) Olympus OM1 from 1972 and headed to the city with Jerry. I soon found that it was not going to be an enjoyable day with Jerry sniffing everyone's bum while I was trying to meter the light and take the ultimate street photos... Poor Jerry went home with her tail between her legs and I carried on... But we got some good shots at the park and even a Tippy Tail...

I was shooting with my HP5 Plus 400 Black and White and developed it myself with the DF96 monobath. Mainly shots of buildings to be honest, and I wasn't very happy with half of them... some turned out ok... but a building is a building... I need to shoot more of people.. .But with film its near impossible... digital is easier with street photography. I should have employed the focal distance rule... that's my excuse anyway... still a bit chicken when it comes to photographing people up close which is why I took the 300mm with me and zoom from afar... but in the end settled with the 50mm, like a normal human would use... hahaha

I'm babbling again like I did in this video... half the time I have no idea what I am talking about and just spit out what ever is in my head...

Hope everyone's ears are not bleeding if you got to the end of the video.. but the way I look at it.. I only get about 200 views per video.. so why not have some fun...
