Police were trying to clear a bridge above the Cross-Harbour tunnel when the vehicle was hit, forcing it to retreat.Protesters had taken cover behind umbrellas and set fire to debris. The fire brigade later doused the flames.Clashes spread into Sunday evening at the bridge where protesters greeted each water cannon charge with petrol bombs.
