Baked bean recipe ⬇️

unto each 1 quart jar put:
1 cup navy beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar or maple syrup
1TBS dried onion flakes or 1/2 cup fresh chopped onions
1 TBS vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp blackstrap molasses 

Fill to 1” head space with water and stir well to get all the air bubbles out.

Put on lids and turn rings snug.

Process
quarts: 12lbs pressure for 90 minutes (pints are 75 min) (adjust time and pressure accordingly for altitudes over 2000 ft)
4 pints cut the ingredients in half
