Rarely do I repeat a jump in a summer season that has a 4+ hr approach but I couldn't hold out when my friends Mike and Taz wanted me to take them there.
After 3hrs of hiking and 2 hrs of ridge climbing and 3 rappels we found ourselves at this exit the Petit Dent de Morcles, with 2200m of amazing flyable terrain.
One of the challenges of this jump is that you can't see the landing area, and winds are fierce in the valley if you don't jump early enough. With multiple powerlines, grape vines, fences, and a raging river, we had to adjust our separation to pull high over the landing area. I think I can juice this line for a little bit more terrain, so I guess I'll have to go back this year again ;)
