Downtown Boca Raton's BIGGEST Redevelopment Secret!

Notably, Tower 155, a luxury condo complex, has recently been completed, symbolizing the transformation happening in this sought-after area.

The Aletto at Sanborn Square project, however, takes a different direction from typical mixed-use developments. Larry explains that while most new projects in Boca Raton incorporate residential spaces, Aletto Square bucks the trend. Instead, this development will focus solely on retail and office spaces, with no residential units included. He attributes this shift to community concerns about traffic and accessibility, a sentiment echoed by city councilman and CRA chairman Mark Wigder. Larry points out that Boca Raton has added 3,000 new residential units in the past decade, but no Class-A office space, making Aletto Square a refreshing addition that will cater to upscale businesses.

The project, being developed by Compson Associates, is valued at $250 million and will feature three main structures. These include a 10-story office tower, a six-story building, and a seven-story parking garage with 550 spaces. Larry expresses excitement about the commercial potential of the development, especially the addition of new restaurants. He also highlights the much-needed parking solution that Aletto Square will provide for the area. While construction hasn't begun yet, Larry assures his viewers that he will continue to keep them updated.
