Xultophy® 100/3.6 is a pre-filled pen that contains 2 diabetes medicines:
[Insulin Degludec 100 U/mL +
Liraglutide 3.6 mg/mL]

Xultophy® 100/3.6 should be used along with [Diet + Exercise] → To lower blood sugar in adults with T2DM.

Xultophy® 100/3.6 is a ONCE-DAILY injectable medication that should be taken at the same time each day…

Adjusting your dose based on your blood sugar readings may be a step toward reaching your A1C goal.

How to take Xultophy® 100/3.6?
Xultophy® comes in a prefilled pen:
Delivers 10 - 50 U in a single injection.
Adjusts in 1-U increments.
No push-button extension.
Lasts 21 days once in use, refrigerated or at room temperature (below 30°C).

Tips to Remember:
As with all medication → Be sure to take Xultophy® exactly how your health care provider tells you.
Once a day → Xultophy® is taken once daily, at the same time each day.
Independent of meals → Xultophy® may be taken with or without food.

Xultophy® is NOT recommended as first choice TTT for diabetes.
Xultophy® is NOT recommended for use in combination with any other product containing liraglutide or another GLP-1 RA.
Xultophy® is NOT for use in people with T1DM or people with diabetic ketoacidosis.

It is NOT KNOWN if Xultophy® can be used with mealtime insulin.
It is NOT KNOWN if Xultophy® is safe and effective for use in children.

Missed dose:
If you miss a dose → Take that dose at your next regular dosing time.
Do NOT take an extra dose or increase the dose to make up for the one you missed
If you miss more than 3 days of Xultophy® → Call your health care provider for further instructions about taking Xultophy® at the right dose and to help lower your chance of having an upset stomach.
