Fitness has always been an integral part of who She is. As a previous dancer, competitive gymnast, and sprinter/hurdler, Ashley Jones knew that her career had to include fitness/health and wellness and the opportunity to help others become the best versions of themselves. Upon completion of her MS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion at the University of Kentucky, Ashley moved to Cincinnati, OH (in 2016) as the Head Trainer of a fitness studio, and this is where Ashley Jones became one of Cincinnati’s Brand Ambassadors for Lululemon and where her journey of becoming a bodybuilder began. While loving what she did but still wanting to chase after more, Ashley knew that she wanted to escape the corporate world and to follow her own path to become a professional bodybuilder.

within two years of her bodybuilding career, Ashley was able to earn the title of becoming an I F B B Pro Bodybuilder in the Figure division. In 2020, she put the heels up and switched to the Women’s Physique division which was extremely terrifying, but resulted in being the best decision for Ashley's career as she was able to gain her Olympia qualifications to compete with the best of the best in the world.

Over the course of the years, Ashley has continued to learn (and live out) the true meanings of discipline, commitment, and strength. These are the few lessons that she has been grateful to experience; lessons that she loves to help her clients learn and implement into their lives. Whether the goal is to maintain a healthy weight, lose weight, or compete, Ashley is here to walk a journey with her clients to ENSURE that they have the right tools and resources needed to achieve their goals.

Furthermore, Ashley plans on helping her clients break through their walls of self-proclaimed misconceptions. Together, we will turn their goals into reality and to see a positive change from the words I can’t into I did will be the best result of them all.

Together, we will become REFINED.
