My concept was to use the well-known Windows 9 Concept and recreate it with a more realistic feel, it's mostly based on Windows 7 because the original creator made the concept before Windows 8 existed.

Fun fact the original well-known concept was uploaded before Windows 8 even released, that's why you would see more of Windows 7's installer nostalgia.
If you want to know why Windows 9 can't be a thing, Microsoft said that some software might detect OS name, so these software might recognize Windows 9 as the part Windows 9x Series (Windows 95, 98, and ME) due to the "9" was being detected. That's why Windows 10 existed, I guess Windows 8.1 was a Windows 8 enhancement while also being the replacement number for Windows 9.
