In this episode, we began our journey from Pathanamthitta and rode to Arippa via Konni, Achankovil, and Thenmala. The stretch from Konni to Achankovil spans approximately 60 kilometers through dense forest, where chances of sightings wild elephants are quite common.

പക്ഷിനിരീക്ഷകരുടെ പ്രീയപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലമായ അരിപ്പയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രയാണ് ഇപ്രാവശ്യം. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിനു കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലും അതിരിടുന്ന ഈ അരിപ്പ എന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് യുടെ കോട്ടേജികൾ ഉണ്ട്. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിലെ തിരക്കിൽ നിന്നും വിട്ട് കാട്ടിൽ താമസിക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവരുടെ ഇഷ്ടലൊക്കേഷനാണ് അരിപ്പയിൽ ഈ കോട്ടേജും ബംഗ്ളാവും. നമ്മൾ ഈ യാത്ര പത്തനംതിട്ടയിൽ നിന്ന് തുടങ്ങി കോന്നി, അച്ചൻകോവിൽ, തെന്മല വഴി അരിപ്പയിൽ കോട്ടേജിൽ അവസാനിക്കുന്ന പോലെയാണ് പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. എന്നിട്ട് അരിപ്പയിൽ കാട്ടിലൂടെ ട്രെക്കിങ്ങും മറ്റും ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ കാണാം.
