A state-of-the-art testing and training centre.
A facility that combines speed and safety of handling for
breeders and their herds.
Installation promoting mechanically operated, pneumaticallyassisted
weighing crates and handling crushes, as well as
handling races, with fixed or adjustable sides, operating with
or without RFID identification loops.
Two fixed handling lines enable us to use and test the
different options used by beef cattle breeders.
at the start, a circular forcing pen fitted with a remotecontrolled,
pneumatically-operated stop gate at the entry
and the exit, manages the flow of animals upstream of 2
separate lines.
1- first line
A pneumatic “S” shaped race extended with straight
panels leads the cattle towards a pneumatic handling
and sorting crush with fixed side equipped with
opening panels and a RFID reader system.
2- second line
A second fixed “S” shaped race leads the cattle
towards a second handling and sorting crush with
adjustable sides and 4 pneumatically-operated side
gates.
