Kind of a middling note to end out the year on, but then again, that's kind of been the consistent thread throughout a lot of 2019 NCS - even if the highs were there, they were pretty scattered. Whilst there was a brief period of this month that did have some diverse and occasionally solid releases, they were pretty overwhelmed by a whole lot of mediocre tracks, especially from the returning artists - who did not do well this time around! Whilst I only really like my Top 2, this month certainly didn't feel as bad as November 2017, May 2018, or August 2019, the lows (with one exception) were less low than the former, and there were songs I actually liked in this field. Limited compilments, but compliments regardless!
