Toyota Sienna AWD - Rear Viscous Coupler

In this video I have a look at a customer's 2011 Toyota Sienna AWD that has the infamous howling from the rear viscous coupler. If you go to Toyota they want you to replace the entire coupler, and that job can cost close to $2000!! Seems silly for a simple bad bearing. Let's save this customer a few bucks.
