Jalopy Recipe:
1lb ground meat (beef, turkey)
1 onion
1 family-size cauliflower mash (Frozen)
1/2 can cream corn
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp pepper
Brown meat & onion till cooked completely. Cook mash as per box instructions. Layer meat and onion in the bottom of a 7x11 dish, follow with a layer of mash and top with 1/2 a can of cream corn.
Bake in oven for 30 min at 350!
