PS3 XMB Wave - Strong Blue (Blender Recreation) 1080p

Sorry that I couldn't figure out how to properly loop it, and also I am fairly new to particle systems and the shadergraphs in blender, as well as a lot of the modifiers, so it won't look perfect.
