Tomato Soup:
5-6 large heirloom tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup chopped onions
4 basil leaves
3 tbs Italian Seasoning
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
1/2 cup nutritional yeast (you can use up to 1 cup for large soups)
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
1/4 tsp black pepper (optional)
Put the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with 3 basil leaves and cashew crumbles.
Tips: I recommend using Louisiana Seasoning Salt for flavor, but feel free to use your preferred seasoning. For a warmer soup, use your high-speed blender. It leads to less cleanup!
Melon Basil Salad:
1 cup diced watermelon
1 1/2 cups Fresh diced tomatoes (heirloom tomatoes)
1/2 cup chopped purple onions
1/3 cup black olives
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
4-5 basil leaves
1/2 squeezed lime
Raw Granola:
Mix in bowl..
2 cups raw rolled oats
1 cup cacao powder
4-5 soaked dates
4 tablespoons organic maple syrup
3 tablespoons hemp seeds
Dehydrate @ 116F overnight
Donuts:
2 cups raw pecans
4 soaked dates
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Cashew icing (used for parfait as well):
1 cup soaked cashews
3 tablespoons organic maple syrup
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract
Trail Mix:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup pecans
2-3 tablespoon goji berries
8-10 pieces raw cacao wafers
Cashew Cheese:
1 cup cashews
1/2 nutritional yeast
1/2 cup raw cashew milk (add more as desired)
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon arrowroot
*Place in fridge for 30 minutes, mold on tray then serve.
