Welcome back to my Week 15 GLP-1 weight loss update using Mounjaro (Tirzepatide)! 💉
This week marks my 7th week on the 5mg dose, and for the first time in a while—I had zero symptoms!
Even though I didn’t see a big drop on the scale (down just 0.3 lbs), I’m proud to say I’m maintaining a 22-pound total loss since month 3. The biggest challenge this week wasn’t physical—it was mental. I had to really check my negative thinking patterns around the small stall and remind myself that progress is more than just numbers.
💪 Wins this week:
• Stayed consistent tracking my calories (1,600–1,750/day)
• Crushed my steps and exercise goals
• Clothes are fitting better (non-scale victory!)
🥗 Goals for next week:
• Drop calories slightly (1,400–1,500/day)
• Reduce carbs and swap rice for salad
• Keep tracking macros, calories, and workouts
• Start researching gyms to join soon
