The WORST drawback of working as employee

In this video I want to share what I consider the worst drawback of a 9-5, and that is not having control of your own time.
There are for sure many other issues, but the inability of having control of when and how to organize the time to work , is the main issue, cause it reflects in less productivity, less motivation and also in financial losses.
