Is Mike's 1937 Ford Flathead Engine Useable?? - Compression Test Isn't Great

Over the summer Mike purchased a 1937 Ford flathead that was pulled from a "running" Coupe. The gentleman Mike purchased the engine from had a video of it driving off the trailer and into the garage. The engine appears to be useable but we want to check some things out before getting the engine on the run stand. Mike is going to do a compression test, flush the water passages, and clean out the oil pan. Along the way Mike learned a few things about his engine that added some additional work. Hopefully with some parts ordered we can get this engine fixed up and running!
