Ryan's Secret Duck Recipe:
Ingredients:
Duck Breast
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Butter
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
1. sear duck breast and season with Montreal (both sides)
2. flip duck and remove from heat once both sides have color
3. cut breast into strips and melt butter in the pan/blackstone
4. add duck breast back into the pan/blackstone
5. toss in butter and cook until all edges of duck pieces are cooked
6. sprinkle in lemon juice and soy sauce (to taste) and toss
7. remove duck and enjoy!
