PorchFest 2023 is all about bringing the Jacksonville community together to celebrate and uplift the Historic Springfield neighborhood.
In this video, we'll also touch on some of our adaptive reuse development projects. Including the notable Karpeles Grand, Springfield Lofts, and Buelah Beal School House projects.
By preserving and renovating these historic structures, we are maintaining the neighborhood's history and creating new amenities for the community.
