It’s rare, but the down in your EE quilt may shift during the washing process. If the down in your quilt has shifted to the bottom or outer baffles, or you feel like there are large clumps of down dispersed throughout the quilt, you’ll want to redistribute the down. Join our Operations Specialist, Rachel, as she demonstrates how to transfer down from baffle to baffle through the 3-inch stuff gap, and distribute the down evenly throughout the quilt.
