Is Walt Disney's Pinocchio the best animated movie ever?

Is Pinocchio the greatest film ever made by Walt Disney? The Emmy Award winning of voice of Kermit the Frog, Matt Danner, thinks it is. Matt is an animator, director, producer (among other hats) for shows like Gravity Falls, The Looney Tunes Show, Xiaolin Showdown, Wander Over Yonder, and the reboot of The Muppet Babies where he voices Kermit the Frog.

Pinocchio is Walt Disney's 2nd film from 1940 and some critics say it's his greatest achievement. Many historians point to Pinocchio as being one of animation's best films. Does it hold up to the rest of the Animated 100 list?
