Hwoarang's DF+1 is different from most of the Cast

Hwoarang's DF+1 is a i13 mid but operates a bit differently compared to the standard DF+1 that majority of the cast has access to. This makes it unique version of the move and part of the confusion for most players who either main or try out the Talon for the first time. It leads to a different experience and overall requires another approach to the move in order to make it effective in a match.
