A very entertaining game to go to with an anticlimactic ending as it looked like Nimmo could have caught that ball on Freddie’s walkoff. The Mets were down 4-1 but rallied back against Kershaw to take a 5-4 lead that carried into the 9th inning! Muncy would then hit a clutch game tying HR in the 9th inning which eventually led to Freeman’s walkoff for the 6-5 win. This felt like a game that either team could have won, just like the night prior! My Mets fan girlfriend still had a blast despite the result 😁
Note: I also went to Thursday’s game and couldn’t get the lineups but it’s better off since the result was 6-5 Dodgers just like Tuesday 😅
