Skills for Care led a professional nurse leadership programme during 2018. This film discusses the programme and how nurses have implemented their leadership skills in the social care sector. Projects completed as part of this programme have been published in the national Atlas of Shared Learning. The Atlas provides quantifiable evidence of how nursing, midwifery and care staff have led change, identifying and addressing unwarranted variation in practice to improve outcomes, experience and use of resources.
