Upcycle Shorts into this CUTE Top 🌸

I love upcycling pieces of clothing that are no longer worn, many of what I buy is thrifted... so technically this is a THRIFT FLIP! I made this top last year but I am only just now getting to filming this tutorial for you all. I hope you enjoy it... maybe it will inspire you to take your shorts, or even your sweat pants (?), joggers - any thing that has a thick elastic waistband and turn them into this scrunchie top, #cottagecore top... beach top [?] Where ever and what ever you want really, that is the beauty of designing, sewing and creating your own clothes.
