In this short video, I demonstrate a massage technique for adjusting the head and the neck. This is a quick MAT for assessing O-A positioning and alignment.
Any time a client has a problem with the upper cervical complex, you must deal with it first. The goal of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques is to level the sacral base and level the head.
Gliding the head on the atlas, and give the client a bunch of double chins and if the movement is open then the O-A is aligned.
