Do you like mac and cheese?
"Macaroni and cheese everybody freeze!" is a classic phrase you can hear teachers use in classrooms everywhere. In this fun kids dance fitness workout there's a hilarious twist added to a normal freeze dance: each character is splatted in turn with slimey macaroni and cheese!
This freeze dance activity is great for preschoolers and big kids alike and you can use it either by simply following the directions or playing it in the same way as musical statues!
